SIMACT MINING HOLDING COMPANY, INC.

Haiti, for the past 50 years, has had zero economic growth. Virtually, all the industrial sectors were at a standstill. Even, a number of mineral mines identified after expensive explorative studies were left unexploited. A project to exploit identified mines in the North East of Haiti is actively being studied.

SIMACT has invested $2,000,000.00 in this mining project in a joint venture with a Private Canadian Mining company whose shareholders include presidents of mining companies, trade analysts, and investment bankers, a powerful combination to raise funds on the open market.

The joint venture will have shortly 70% majority control of the project and will spend $10 million dollars in the next 24 months in research and exploration in the North East of Haiti to bring its advanced properties to exploitation and production.
